Terms of service
The terms for using Slop City: subscriptions, refunds, your responsibilities and acceptable use.
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Slop City, operated by Opsibyte ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Slop City lets you run a print-on-demand or dropshipping store with AI agents. Agents prepare work; writes that publish, order or spend need your approval unless you turn on an automatic mode for a building. You must be 18 or over and acting for a business or as a self-employed seller.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. Billing starts when you subscribe; there is no free period.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price until it ends.
- We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect for your subscription.
- Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits that pay for AI work. Plan credits lapse at the end of the billing period. Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are added where required.
- A subscription ends at your request (through the billing page, or by emailing [email protected]) or when we terminate it under these terms. After it ends, access continues to the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
- Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where we charged you in error or the service was unavailable for a significant period through our fault.
- Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract are not affected. If you are a consumer in the European Union and the statutory withdrawal right applies, it applies as the law provides.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with the account email and the charge. We answer within 5 working days.
- Orders placed by your customers are fulfilled by the provider you connected; refunds, reprints and returns for those orders follow that provider's policy and your own store policy.
Your responsibilities
- You own your stores, your listings and your customer relationships, and you are responsible for what you publish and sell.
- You are responsible for intellectual property: you must have the right to use every design, name, image and text you publish. Our trademark and IP check is a helper that can miss things; it is not legal advice and does not clear anything for you.
- Content is generated by AI and is not reviewed by a person at our end. Check designs and listing text before you approve them.
- Keep your login and API keys secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for your taxes, product safety and consumer-law duties as a seller.
Acceptable use
- Do not sell or promote anything unlawful, counterfeit, infringing, hateful, deceptive or unsafe.
- Do not abuse the service: no scraping beyond the documented API, no interference with other accounts, no attempts to bypass limits or security.
- Do not use the service to spam or to break the rules of a connected platform.
We may suspend content or accounts that break this section.
Third-party platforms
Slop City connects to platforms and providers such as Shopify, Etsy, Printful, Printify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Stripe. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them and to what you publish there, and you remain responsible for complying with them. We do not control those services and are not liable for their changes or outages.
AI-generated content disclosure
Some marketplaces require sellers to disclose when a listing or design was created or assisted by AI (for example, Etsy's creativity standards). You are responsible for making that disclosure where a platform requires it and for choosing the correct settings on each platform.
Your content and our service
You keep your rights in your content. You give us a licence to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service. We keep our rights in the software, brand and documentation. Free tools on this site are provided as is.
Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features, with notice where a change materially reduces what you paid for.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales, or loss caused by third-party platforms, providers or your own content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical. On termination your access ends, connected store tokens are deleted as described in the privacy policy, and sections that by their nature should continue (liability, governing law) do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or court rights you have in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account holders about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continued use after that date means you accept them.
